Having completed 36 years of service in an auto ancillary manufacturing unit of a famous group in Southern India, I retired as Personnel Manager and settled at Mysore, another place and another State in India.
All I had as my resource was my hands-on experience on subjects of Management like Human Resource; Quality Management including ISO certification; Administration and allied activities. M.A. English Litt., PGD in Pers. Mgmt. and Diploma in Commerce are some of my qualifications. Flawless English words are my forte and I can type fast with perfect accuracy. (Hmm …I don’t say anybody needs these qualifications or resource to embark online for earning but what is important is they should have the urge to march forward and ability to operate the computer- that’s all.)
It is a separate story as how I lost Rs.2500/- (How innocent I was then about the sharks in the internet sea!) paying as fees for offering me an online job of typing and the site disappeared after my working hard for 15 days and completed a sizeable amount of typing assignment.
Even today I take the above bitter experience as a lesson not to get coned again and feel that the amount is worth the tuition fees for teaching me – as to what one should not do.
But I should mention here with gratitude that there are still people on the net to caution persons like me not to pay anything if you are offered a job or service in which you put forth your time and efforts and the pure logic calls for that only the beneficiary enjoying the service should pay you. Truly speaking, these words slapped me on the face, as a senior citizen how I forgot this elementary logic. After all you should get paid – smaller or bigger according to your effort – and its ironical that lots of sites who entice you with offers of home business, business from home, work from home, data entry, typing jobs for moms and pops and so on and so forth end up at the lower most bottom of their attractive ads. (Oops – the length of the ads. would be amazing really with sweetest words one can imagine) asking you to shell out your money in U.S. dollars through credit cards and pamper you with loads of e-books as gifts! I still wonder would anybody have the patience to go through all those books to learn how to….?
So, the very first caution I would like to give you my friend, is don’t ever pay a single pence if you are given a guidance for a service or job to be carried out by your own self.
You may ask: nothing in this world comes for free? My answer is: are we paying for the air we are breathing? The water coming to us from the mountains? The breeze we enjoy from the sea? The trees giving us fruits? Not at all. So if you are asked for a favor, only the person getting it should reward you – is it not? Knowledge should be shared with fellow human beings if that knowledge can really help them succeed. Otherwise what is the use of knowledge one possesses if it is secretly stored within his mind?
Therefore, I wish to share the knowledge I gained by visiting lots and lots of websites daily and continuously for the last one year. By skimming the plethora of sites, I have found out some easy and free ways to earn online, provided you are mentally ready to spare your time, put forth your best efforts and skills and try honestly to earn a decent income – REPEAT REASONABLE INCOME – and not become a Millionaire overnight – as claimed by some frivolous sites, ok?
First you have to make up your mind as what you are up to? That is – are you really serious about earning through the net and if so are you ready to put in your efforts, time and skills with patience of course? Decided? Then plunge head on to the following:
I would recommend that one can earn online by writing, surfing, answering questions to express your opinions, affiliating or marketing the products/services offered by others who are best in the field or introducing those like minded people to those sellers of products or services. Got it?
Writing your thoughts into words tops the list of earning online. But friend I can hear your murmur that you do not possess writing skills. Don’t bother! You are not going to compete for Pulitzer – no. All that I am recommending to you is express your thoughts, experience, an event which disturbed or affected you most, the place or spot you enjoyed seeing, the feeling you got from your attaining father-hood mother-hood – anything – anything into words.(Just coin the words and don’t worry about spelling or grammar – fortunately every computer has the facility to correct them by clicking you know). There are millions of people who wish to read them online. An amazing statistics here – Everyday some 200 million people roam into this net-world! There are good websites who are ready to help you publishing what you write and the chances are if you write interestingly and informatively your writing can earn you a decent remuneration.
